PARKFLYER
Both tip sections are made using the root rib and the tip rib. Five individual pieces of 2 mm balsa wood will form the ribs after sanding. Repeat steps below for left and right part of the wing.

A small piece of fiberglass should be added to make sure this section will not be pressed when the wing is mounted on the fuselage, using the nylon bold. After the top sheeting is glued in place the wings need to be put up side down to fit the shearwebs. The tip sections do require only shearwebs in the first section on the wing. The mainwing and each tip section are glued together, using a V-shaped viberglass rod. I've made two of these rods out of spare FR-4 PCB material. Since I had only PCB material of 1.6mm thickness I decided to stack them and use more layers. When finished epoxy glue will be used to glue the parts in place.
